Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. Standard Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and costs $14.95 CAD. Expedited Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days and costs $24.95 CAD. Standard Shipping is free on orders over $200 CAD. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Will I be charged any additional fees?
There are no hidden charges from Zenzoo. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you pay.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

What sizes are available for your activewear?
Zenzoo collections are available in a range of sizes depending on the design. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page to find your best fit.
Because our fabrics are designed with stretch, support, and compression, fit may vary slightly between styles.
Is your activewear suitable for intense workouts?
Yes. Zenzoo Activewear is designed for everything from everyday movement and Pilates to strength training and higher-intensity workouts.
Our fabrics are selected for their balance of stretch, compression, coverage, and comfort, so you can move confidently throughout your day.
How do I care for my activewear?
To help maintain the quality, fit, and performance of your Zenzoo pieces, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
Avoid bleach and fabric softener, air dry whenever possible, and do not iron directly over logos or design details.
Is your activewear breathable for warmer weather?
Yes. Our fabrics are selected to offer breathability, stretch, comfort, and support, making them suitable for workouts, everyday wear, and warmer conditions.
How do I know which size is right for me?
